We bring together good SMEs, where aging entrepreneurs wish to gradually step down either partly or fully, with capable professional with entrepreneurial aspirations. We create an approach together with the current entrepreneur fitting exactly to the personal situation. We believe every company and change in entrepreneurship is unique. Our focus is in companies with turnover of 3-30 M€.
We remain in the companies for the long term as a local committed owner together with the new and old entrepreneurs after the change. We support actively the work of the new entrepreneurs in building the future of the company by providing them our long history in scale-up entrepreneurship, mergers and acquisition and capitalizing on digitalization. During the transitional period we can also act as part of the operational management if needed.
