Vihertaso Oy extends into groundskeeping with an acquisition of Viherpalvelu Greener

Vihertaso Oy acquires Viherpalvelu Greener business operations from Helsingin Kukkatoimitus Oy and expands into groundskeeping. Viherpalvelu Greener operates in the capital regino and Tampere providing groudskeeping, seasonal flowers and plants, the maintenance of indoor plants and small landscaping projects.

Vihertaso Oy achieves an extensive offering from the landscaping to longer term maintenance with the acquisition. The company possesses now all the needed possibilities to achieve strong growth in the landscaping and groundskeeping markets.

JATKAJA continues as the majority owner in Vihertaso also after the acquisition carried out in April. Helsingin Kukkatoimitus Oy will be a new minority owner along with Hanna-Kaisa Javanainen and Esa Lahtinen. JATKAJA will continue to develop Vihertaso with scale-up methods and by utilizing digitalisation.
